 "ILL TRILL NEIL", which can be abbreviated as I.T.N whose real name is Neil J. Harris was born on March 30, 1982.He is a Mulit-Talented Innovator/Artist/ Song Perfectionist, who has been rapping, producing, writing poetry and songs since the age of 9. With the catch phrase "Spell my name with capital letters," "ILL TRILL NEIL" is a new age, very lyrical, legendary,rap world "word technician" in which his style is "Revolutionary".Other Rap Artist that inspired him were The Late Great 2 Pac,Notorious B.I.G and Big Pun. His other musical inspirations came from listening to different genres of music such as jazz,rock-n-roll, heavy metal,blues and drum-n-bass.His main influences are his mother and father who both worked with major recording artist from Jimmi Hendrix to Al Green.

"ILL TRILL NEIL" is a Brand New Breath of Fresh Air, an upcoming, All-Around Music Artist, from the Northwest part of Florida better known as Pensacola where he resides. Known born and raised stars such as Derrick Brooks,Reggie Evans,Emmitt Smith, Roy Jones Jr., and Justin Gatlin live their also just to name a few. Showcasing his talent he has performed in many talent shows locally and clubs and even fairgrounds around the SouthEast region of the United States.

Back in the early 90's before coming up with the creative name of "ILL TRILL NEIL",  his first rap handle was "Dred Monster Savage". "Dred Monsta Savage", who is now "ILL TRILL NEIL", laced his first "streetbanger" entitled "Die Hater's" this song is the epitome of gangsta, it's fast-paced and filled with intensifing lyrics. In the year of 1998, "ILL TRILL NEIL" was feautured on two joint-venture project cds with the group "Foul Play" of F.P. Records. The first cd was titled "Black Market", which was feaured in "OUTFRONT MAGAZINE (Envogue Edition)", the 2 songs he rapped on was song's entitled "Ready For War" a battle song strictly to warn enemies of defeat and "Raw From The Git Go"which was about being the best rapper who barred-none-. 

In early 2000, "ILL TRILL NEIL" and his father John "Kousi" Harris, Former Capitol Records Recording Artist Member of the Group Brother's Unlimited, launched "High Pyramid Records"in which "ILL TRILL NEIL" is the Co-CEO, A&R, Artist, Web Designer and Promotions Specialist. He is also Executive Producer of R&B/NeoSoul/Blues recording artist Matte' who released the single

"I Still Love You And I Don't Know Why" in 2006, she is the first artist to hit the industry from High Pyramid Records.

The second joint-venture album he was featured on was "The Danger Zone: Guild Of Assassin" and the 2 songs were titled "Under Control" and "Young Playa Ballin" . ILL TRILL NEIL's style of flow is completely unorthodox. His Revolutionary style in terms of "Intelligence" is going to bring back the "soul power" of music back to the way it use to be.In a recent interview I.T.N. comments, "Alot of people go off hope alone and no action. Most people are just duplicators, the soul is always geniune when you represent your own soul".Everything I've heard so far from "ILL TRILL NEIL" is about "Intelligence"  and his songs are "rhymes of power". When you listen to his way of flow it brings you the power of knowledge,strength and courage.

I.T.N has been very active in the community by helping children,assissting the elderly and his wonderful hurricane relief efforts. "ILL TRILL NEIL" has alot of street creditability in the cities of Pensacola, Fl, Atlanta, Ga, Memphis, TN, and Houston,Tx. He is now at the age of 25 and is working on his 1st Debut Solo Album titled "Ascension". From previewing some of his first album, it is sure to take this music industry to next generation. 

I asked I.T.N. what keeps him motivated? and why? He responded, "The thrill of competition, Hate from a hata,threats from an enemy." However on the righteous side of things "Family" keeps him motivated. Why, "Because those things keep you on top of your game !
